About the Trip
Each charter ensures that Capt. Ed will provide you with a courteous, professional, enjoyable and memorable fishing experience. If you have special needs or want to target a specific fish let me know. Remember, you normally catch more fish if you go after what is biting at the time. So, to help make your trip a success, please communicate your wishes and needs to the captain prior to the trip.
All top quality bait, tackle, and equipment will be provided. However, feel free to bring your own if you are more comfortable that way. Please bring your own food and drinks. They can be stored in the on board cooler/refrigerator. Ice will be supplied. No coolers will be allowed on board but remember to bring one with you to take your catch home. Also bring sun block, hat, camera, motion sickness remedies and sunglasses. Dress appropriately for the weather conditions and remember that things can change quickly on the water so make sure you wear enough clothes. Early mornings can be cold, even in July! Canned Beer (no bottles) is ok and may be consumed in moderation. No Hard Alcohol or controlled dangerous substances may be consumed on board.
A word about children -- Children are always welcome. Those under 6 years of age require the parent or guardians full-time attention while on board. Children under the age of twelve must wear a life preserver whenever the vessel is not at anchor. The captain highly suggests that you plan to stay in the Bay until your child becomes comfortable on the water.
Most Bay and Inshore trips do not require a mate. If you specifically want a mate, please ask. One will be supplied. It is customary to tip the mate 15% - 20% of the charter bill for his services.

Prcing/Cancellation Policy: A 35% of your trip deposit will reserve your date. You can cancel any trip more than 1 week in advance and pay only a $75 cancellation fee. All trips cancelled within 1 week of your scheduled trip will lose your deposit if the captain is not able to rebook that date. All trips must be paid for "in-full" before leaving the dock. If you fail to show up for a fishing charter, your deposit will not be returned. If the captain cancels the trip due to weather or other reasons, you will receive a complete refund or the deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled date. It is at the sole discretion of the captain to cancel the trip based on weather. Rain is NOT a factor. Usually, only weather bad enough to cause safety concerns will cause the trip to be cancelled.
The captain suggests a party of 3 for maximum fishing room and enjoyment. However, you may bring up to 4 if you so wish.
